Our top performer overall, the Weber Spirit 3-burner Gas Grill with stainless steel rod cooking grates is totally dependable, whether you’re searing steaks, or slow cooking chicken quarters. It heated very evenly in GHRI tests, with very few flare-ups, and we found it easy to use too. Plus it has lots of extras including a side burner for sautéing onions or warming barbecue sauce, a gauge to tell you how much gas is left in the tank, and an easy-to-empty grease pan. While it’s not super large, with its burger capacity of 26, this Weber is perfectly adequate for family meals or even small parties.
